Dale Tesmond joined The Brand Experience in 2003 with a depth and breadth of knowledge in corporate experiences spanning 20+ years. He manages all of The Brand Experience's work with clients on projects such as the Honeywell Technology Experience, Polycom’s executive briefing center and the Procter & Gamble Global Brand Building Awards. Whether it's producing a brand positioning experience, creating global consumer experiences or executing a large corporate meeting, Dale has firsthand knowledge of what it takes to create "a holistic corporate brand experience" from concept to reality.

Senior VP of Operations, Executive Producer

Melissa Kelly is responsible for all production at The Brand Experience, from corporate meetings to consumer experiences. She is directly responsible for BE's work on projects such as the P&G Global Brand Building Awards, Chevron North America Marketing Convention and multiple events produced for Nakheel in the U.A.E. She has the ability to bridge and translate between project requirements and the technical and staging team. She is an organized leader that can facilitate quick changes and last minute requests with a steady hand.

Melissa has more than 15 years of experience producing events and exhibits in a variety of venues. Whether she's producing a large event in a 20,000 seat arena or overseeing the renovation of a corporate visitor center, Melissa's work is distinguished by her superb leadership, excellent customer service and keen production eye. She consistently exceeds expectations by delivering creative solutions on-time and on-budget. One of her greatest skills is building consensus among all of the people involved in a project. She is equally adept at dealing with corporate CEO's, headline Hollywood talent and union crews. She is able to help everyone feel comfortable and confident in their roles.

Geoff Thatcher takes his research very seriously. When writing and producing Voices of the Prairie, a film for a history museum in Minnesota, he spent four hours under a harvest moon driving a combine through a corn field, listening to a third-generation farmer tell stories about his life, family, work and dog. He came away with a better understanding of the culture he was trying to portray than he ever could have through traditional research alone.

Geoff is Vice President and Creative Director at The Brand Experience. His creative work for BE spans from the Honeywell Technology Experience to online sites for Gateway and Microsoft. Located in Washington, D.C. near the U. S. Capitol Building, the Honeywell Technology Experience is a $10 million visitor center featuring exhibits, an interactive cityscape, flight simulator, theater and executive briefing rooms. Roll Call, the respected Capitol Hill newspaper, said the project was an "EPCOT-style vision" and a "dramatic leap forward in the ever-intensifying corporate scramble to make standout connections." Geoff is involved in delivering great creative for all of BE's clients, from Polycom and Nakheel to Chevron and Procter & Gamble.
